Ann is based in her hometown of Seattle, but happily chases down science and environmental stories all over the world.She has reported for Morning Edition, All Things Considered, Marketplace Money and The World. For three years she hosted Morning Edition and reported for KLCC in Eugene, OR. Before that, she was an intern at Alaska Public Radio Network. She got her start hosting a midnight hip-hop radio show at Oregon State University, where she studied biology.
Ann likes to spend her spare time taking pictures, scuba diving and taking pictures while scuba diving. She dreams of taking her recording gear down with her, too.
